The Queen is seeking to inherit 50% of the late King’s estate.
The King had allegedly given his other wife, Queen Mantfombi Dlamini Zulu, full control of his estate.
She unfortunately passed away on Thursday.

The fight to decide who takes the throne has gone to the Pietermaritzburg High Court.
MaDlamini, Zwelithini’s first wife, is challenging the will, which dictates who will take the throne.
These have now been confirmed.
