BusinessTechreports that a copy of legal firm Bowmans dated 12 October last year was seen byBloombergand confirmed by Eskom.
At the time, Marah was the senior manager of business enablement at Eskom.
She allegedly interfered in the tender processes, according to Bowmans.

The legal firm was commissioned by Eskom to conduct the probe.
Marah was reportedly the branch’s deputy chairwoman in 2014.
She was suspended in December 2018 and took early retirement at the end of January 2019.
