Minister Lindiwe Sisulu has defended the decision once again.

Sisulu stated that the engineers are not being employed as they will be receiving a stipend.

Mashaba criticised thegovernmentby claiming that those responsible for the decision had overlooked locally-trained and unemployed engineers.
