Briefly.co.zapreviously reported that28-year-old Mlungisi Thabathe was found deadin his car in Tongaat, KwaZulu-Natal.

Thabathe was the owner of the venue which Mbuthu had allegedly stolen alcohol from.
Thabathe was released on bail last year after approaching the DurbanHigh Court.
This after he was denied bail by a Magistrate’s Court for allegedly intimidating witnesses.
