Tshitangano accused De Ruyter of replacing Black-owned companies with White-owned companies.
The board reportedly requested the help of advocate Semenya which he accepted.
Semenya will be issuing written findings and recommendations as soon as possible.

The CEO added that he would not tolerate corruption.
The power utility’s CEO spoke more on theallegations of racismby stating there was no evidence to support it.
