Since the veteran newsreader, Noxolo Grootboom announced her retirement tributes have flooded in for her.
She read her last news bulletin on Tuesday evening.

She also went further and suggested that a National Order should be bestowed on Mama Noxolo.
Other Twitter users suggested that an honorary doctorate in store for Grootboom for her contribution to the isiXhosa language.
