The SAMusicAwards (SAMAs) will honour a few industry titans this year, including Dr Lindelani Mkhize.
The doctorate was accepted by Sibongile’s daughter Ayanda Khumalo.
When accepting the award, Ayanda said that the family was honoured by Sibongile’s achievement.
