MKMVA President Kebby Maphatsoe has moved the association away from a statement released by Carl Niehaus.
Niehaus stated that they would not be supporting a State Capture Commission criminal complaint filed against former PresidentJacob Zuma.
Justice Sisi Khampepe wrote the majority judgement.
