Mngoma’s lawyer expressed concerns on behalf of his client that the Commission had mishandled her case.
However, evidence leader Anton Myburg revealed that he wants her subpoenaed.
Myburg stated that Mngoma was scheduled to give evidence and had expressed that she was prepared to do so.

He believed that she was ready to testify on Friday but her hearing was rescheduled to Tuesday.
