Nota said he was later that day bailed out by his lawyer.
He alleged that they assaulted and denied him the right to contact his lawyers by confiscating his phone.
Just last week, Nota was assaulted at his home and arrested.

The charges against him are for reckless driving and assaulting a police officer.
Nota believes that the cops were sent by someone who has a grudge against him.
