This was revealed during President Cyril Ramaphosa’s appearance at the State Capture Enquiry.
Ramaphosa admitted that 3 301 people is a lot but said that the government will not dismiss them.
He admitted that the government itself was to blame for the situation for having employed under qualified people.

The South Africanreported that this accounts for 35% of all public service employees.
Recenltly, the DA has been criticised for its members not having tertiary qualifications.
