Rhode’s University Honours Maths and Science TV Teacher William Smith

Iconic SABC 2 TV host and celebrated educator William Smith will be honoured with a degree at a ceremony taking place at Rhodes University on 28 April, 2021.

The maths and science enthusiast, who hails from Grahamstown, is a Rhodes University alumnus.

Smith will be awarded a degree of Doctors of Laws at the expected ceremony for his contribution toeducation.
