Mbeki was addressing the ruling party’s Provincial Executive Council (PEC) in the Eastern Cape.
Mbeki stated that over 20 years ago, NelsonMandelawarned of the effect careerism on the ANC would have.
The ad hoc committee falls under the National Council of Provinces.
